ATTENTION: OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR MOVING ONLINE (UPDATED)

Dear All,

Beginning March 19, 2020, the Office of the Registrar (OR) is closed to foot traffic due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

In order to provide the safety of our team members, staff will begin working remotely as of 9.00 am Thursday, March 19, 2020. OR staff will be able to answer phones, actively monitor emails and provide most services virtually. The NU community is encouraged to continue communicating by email according to the table below. These changes will be valid during the declared national state of emergency[1] and citywide quarantine.

UPDATE: Please be informed that OR temporarily will not provide some scanned documents (e.g. IELTS, High school diplomas). Also, the DHL administration updated us that there are no discounts available for students (see Instructions #2 below to use DHL services)
